直流接觸器作為應用廣泛的電氣開關之一,其生產和需求數(shù)量巨大,在正常使用過程中,電磁鐵線圈一直通電工作,產生電磁吸力,保證鐵芯和銜鐵吸合,帶動動、靜觸頭閉合,接通電路。在上述過程中,線圈本身存在電阻,持續(xù)消耗電能,這是直流接觸器主要的使用成本之一,浪費了大量的能源和財產,因此,如何降低直流接觸器的工作耗能,是研究直流接觸器的關鍵點和重難點。直流接觸器永磁操動機構是一種在傳統(tǒng)直流接觸器電磁操動機構基礎上發(fā)展而來,將電磁操動機構和永磁鐵相結合的混合型操動機構,不單單使用原有的電磁吸力和彈簧反力作為鐵心吸合與分離的動力,而是加入了永磁鐵對鐵心的吸引力,采用儲能電容充放電提供合閘、分閘電力,通常稱之為“電磁操動,永磁保持,電子控制”。在分、合閘運動過程中,電磁吸力,永磁吸力與彈簧作用力共同作用,在穩(wěn)定工作過程中,采用永磁吸力代替之前的電磁吸力,保持銜鐵與鐵芯心的吸合狀態(tài)。一則,永磁操動機構大量節(jié)約了保持線圈的電能消耗,環(huán)保節(jié)能。二則,永磁體保持吸合與電磁吸合相比,噪音低,無污染。三則,永磁操動機構剔除了電磁機構中一系列復雜繁瑣鎖扣保護裝置,大大提高了接觸器操動機構的工作可靠性,降低了生產工序和成本,減小了接觸器的體積。 [1]
